This policy covers Ecovent Dryer Duct Solutions Orlando, a service business that comes out to homes and properties in Orange County, Florida. It describes, without legal jargon, where the information goes once you hand it over by phone or through the quote form here.

What you tell us, and what we write down

On the form we ask who you are, a number to reach you on, where the job is (street, city, ZIP) and which service you are after. You can also add an email, a few words about the problem and as many as five pictures. A phone call leaves us with your caller number and a note of what we settled on. Once we have been out, we jot down how your vent or ducts are laid out, so a return trip starts from what we already know.

• Reminder and offer texts, but only when the second checkbox on the form is ticked.
• That is the full list. Nobody buys, rents or swaps your details from us.

The two checkboxes for texts and calls

Both checkboxes on the form start out blank. Ticking the first one lets us phone and text you, automated texts included, about the quote you asked for and about appointment reminders. Ticking the second one adds text reminders to get the vent cleaned and the odd offer. Leave both blank and your request still reaches us, and we still reply. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to cancel, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Each ticked box leaves a log entry on the platform that takes in the form, holding the exact wording beside the box, which of the two it was, your number and the moment you submitted. We rely on that log to prove you opted in, and to switch the texts off as soon as a STOP comes back.

Pictures you upload

Any picture added to the form is saved by our website platform next to your request, and we are the only ones who can open it. We look at pictures only to price the job. If you want them gone, tell us and we will erase them.

Services that handle your request

Submissions travel through the platform that runs this website, which holds each one so that we can read it and reply. No payment is taken on this site, and no card or bank details are stored here.

Spam protection on the contact form comes from Cloudflare Turnstile, a check run by Cloudflare, Inc. It may look at technical details of your browser and device, and uses them only to tell people from bots.

Cookies, analytics and ad tracking

Yes, there are some. Our hosting platform installs Google Analytics and Google’s ad measurement tools, which tell us how many people visit and which of our ads end in a quote request. These tools place cookies and pass data such as the pages you open to Google, which handles it under Google’s privacy policy. When you reach us through one of our Google ads, the ad’s click reference travels with your form, which is how we learn which ad did its job. The hosting side also keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) to keep the site up and safe.

Changing or erasing your information

Call (321) 321-2977 and ask. We will tell you once it is done. The one exception is paperwork the law makes us hold for taxes or bookkeeping, and that is held no longer than required.
